What Kind of Summer Do You Want To Have?
The weather is warming up. Vacation plans are being made. Kids are almost out of school. Graduations, weddings, BBQ’s and pool parties are being planned. Should be a happy time of year, right?
Right! But not if you are worried about how you are going to look and feel in your shorts, tanks, sundresses and swimsuits. Not if you feel like you don’t deserve to eat or enjoy any of the foods, activities or festivities because of the way you currently look. In fact, for many women the summer months can equal downright dread.
